Concert with Cellist, Stephen Framil

The Carson City Symphony presents a concert featuring cellist Stephen Framil on Sunday, Feb. 25, 2018, at the Carson City Community Center, at 4:00 p.m. Mr. Framil will be performing American composer Victor Herbert’s Cello Concerto No. 2, a work that inspired Antonin Dvorak to write his own cello concerto.

The concert will also feature the “Karelia Suite” by Jean Sibelius, three “Slavonic Dances” by Antonin Dvorak, music from “Quadrophenia” by Pete Townshend, and “La Suerte de los Tontos” by Johnny Richards.
